Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We're happy to ship internationally, and to APO and FPO boxes. Please check out the shipping rates as you fill your cart. Or, better yet, email us at sales@new englandneedlearts.com with what you'd like to order and we'll talk about your shipping options with you.

Q: If what I want isn't listed, can you order it?
A: Absolutely! We can order over 60,000 needlearts items and have them in a few days. Just email and let us know what you need. Even if you don't have an exact manufacturer or part number, if you give us a general idea, we would be happy to hunt around and see what we can find.
